  Activity looks especially for differences between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, between equatorial regions and high latitudes, and seasonal patterns. Activity also includes considering the relative merits of different types of data displays: data tables, graphs and maps.
• About the Pedagogy
  Students use an inquiry-based approach to extend their investigations. Students actively use data and visualizations to display temperatures on a map and gain an understanding of how to interpret scientific data and geographic representations of data to explore local and regional seasonal variations.
