• Teaching Tips
  The visualization would be a great tool to use for introduction to learning about different energy sectors. It may be helpful to assign students to groups and have them follow the web-based visualization on a path that they choose, then present what they learned to the class. An excellent resource for up-to-date information on all aspects of energy-related topics. Some teachers may want to use the resource with middle school students, but they will need to scaffold the resource significantly make it useful. • About the Science
  All information is up-to-date as of the time of review. Highly engaging and will easily lead to an exploration of more in-depth linked content. An incredible level of work must have been put into creating this excellent resource. Passed initial science review - expert science review pending.
• About the Pedagogy
  This resource has an innovative website design. Short 2-3 minutes videos containing high-quality videos with excellent animations present info on each of dozens of topics grouped under major topics. There is no teacher's guide/lesson plan or specific learning outcomes, but this is a great resource for student exploration of energy systems. The visualization is interactive and contains a well-organized web of climate/energy-related concepts with related descriptions and videos. Multiple uses are possible as a resource for the exploration of any energy-related topic or assignment. The organization of material embedded in icons in a mind-map design is attractive and very usable.
• Technical Details/Ease of Use
  To use this in a classroom, students should have computers with access to the internet. The visualization is interactive and many of the links have videos and additional readings for students to engage with. The website is very intuitive and easy to use, and states it was developed with contributions and input from young people worldwide.
