While I'm not a climatologist nor a meteorologist, my work in winter research has me looking more into the oscillations. I'm also new to this blog. I've been hearing more about the Madden-Julian Oscillation as a potential "driving" force for ENSO and PDO. Do you find that to be the case also? Have you already addressed this in a previous post? Any insight or direction to look would be appreciated. Kathy
