I have successfully forecast the last 2 peaks and 2 valleys on the MEI over the last 12 months. My current prediction is that this month will be the peak for the sst in the 3.4 region. This is getting very interesting for me. Last year, my very first forecast which was made in early March was for a peak in condition in June. That was the start of it. Although at the time I realized that it could be mere coincidence, and I further realize that it could still be just luck/coincidence even after being correct for the last year. This current part of my forecast system, that April will be the peak, will be a real step forward in establishing that I may have indeed found a way to forecast ENSO shifts. The base for the system is solar into the oceans that later emerges to connect with current conditions. Is my ability real? We shall see.
