In Washington State, I think we've already had a mild winter and March was unusually sunny. We normally don't see the blue sky very much until sometime in April. I can't help but wonder if California is going to have one of those "be careful of what you wish for" episodes and get a lot of rain next fall-and mudslides to go with it. And I could see Washington State easing into a drought episode, which will blow a lot of people's minds. Drought? in Washington? Nahhhhh! If all of that plays out, you heard from me first, right? And if it doesn't? I'll deny everything. Geez I should be in politics.
