Hi Thanks for this very useful info. It appears that the couple of maps showing forecasts for departure from normal temperature stats have "rolled over" text from the companion graphs about rainfall forecasts vs. norm. That is, the italicized description below temp-focused maps actually references rainfall. Just pointing out to help minimize confusion. Thanks.
