Based on past strong El Niños, 1982-1983, 1997-1998 and other wet winters in between, the earliest Fall local California State wide rains I can recall was in 1982 by mid September and on, relentless fronts week after week or tends at most during the entire Fall and Winter. Wondering if currents conditions may bring early Fall precipitation just like 1982 where overall temps of Eastern Pacific may even be above of then in 1982-1983. Plus maybe an increase chance of tropical summer storms reaching CA August and September lime 1938 or 1939??
