I am Papua New Guinea, Elnino has greatly affected our water system. We are currently facing dry weather. I am crossing my fingers that high preasure build up in Northern Hemisphere should bring us some luck (precipitation) during the month of Novermber 2015, December 2015 , January 2016.. Is that possible? Thanks
