I really enjoyed your post. Your writing has intelligence and clarity behind it while still maintaining an informal, conversational tone. Very nicely done. I've been following the ENSO phenomenon as a hobby the past few months, and I have to say your writing is the best I have come across. Keep up the good work. I realize you can't possibly answer every question, but I am curious about the way the weather appears to adhere to state boundaries along the northern California border.
