Tired of Warm Blob comments yet? Sorry(kinda). Interestingly the Trade winds are back in Northern California and our near shore water temps(thanks to the accompanied upwelling) seem to be returning back to normal. Is there any historical study/evidence of associated slackening of the trade winds with El Ninos or have the last two plus years just been a coincidence?
