With last year's poor precipitation predictions of El Nino and of this year's La Nina, your model is obviously flawed. Your profession is an exercise in reading tea leaves. I am surprised that the government continues funding such fortune telling and am amazed how your department of "climate prediction" remains employed. As it is better to give someone no map than the wrong map, it is better to give no prediction than a wholly inaccurate one.
