I do respect your efforts to provide future guidance on weather; however, last year my total rainfall was 7.60" in an El Nino year. So far this MONTH of jan. i'm at 13.0" & it's pouring as i type. I live in arroyo grande calif. The most frustrating thing is the IPCC predicts catastrophic climate change 50 years in the future but our local weather people can't be correct 3 days in advance!
