I am curious if there is a significant shift in near coastal water column weight due to temperature changes and trade wind changes that are associated with ENSO , PMM and /or North Pacific Oscillation? Could these potential shifts impact the submarine groundwater discharge? Are the weight shifts significant enough to cause dynamic and static pressure changes along the tectonic edges?
