Very important for us Peruvians is the predictability of the phenomena called El Niño....we suffer a lot it's consequences.....please could you tell us what probability if any that a global Niño affect northern and southern hemispheres or there's a probability as we have seen in the past that a global Niño turns to the northern hemisphere?thanks
