Appreciate graphic showing North American Multi-Model Ensemble (NMME) November forecasts made in September to actual observations. The excellent regression ( r=0.96 ) gives me confidence that ENSO signals are valid indicators for winter climate conditions with regard to SE US natural resources, i.e., fire weather and dormant season hydrology. I will certainly cite this reference for my next informational briefing. Well done!
