Hello. I don't understand why is there another La Nina this year. It doesn't make sense to me. We had the first one last year. I don't recall there being "El Nino" before this second La Nina. I feel this is all just so CRAZY indeed! Maybe it's due to the climate changes of our world. I would like for someone to fully and kindly explain this to me as I am confused about this second La Nina. Thank you very much
