This year has been terrible drought-wise for us in NM. I realize the La Nina is different, as it's stronger on the second dip, but we are going to burn down this summer if we don't get some snow/rain soon! Not to mention the impact on local farmers and growers. Boo double dipping! it's not ok at parties, and it's not ok with the weather! ;)
