In the PNW the NOAA climate outlook predictions were appreciated, because we did experience cooler temperatures. It is notable that Punxsutawney Phil similarly predicted a delayed spring. To claim dominance over groundhogs it would be best to post a study on their numbers, so all predictors are evaluated fairly. No need to put them down without evidence.
