Where I live, up until the next few hrs, a very long dry spell had been experienced, with fire WX Condx becoming a concern. If no Modoki occurs, what can we look forward to from a El Niño in the South Central Region, up to the bottom of the Central Region? Basically a Lubbock-Dallas line up to a Denver-Salina, KS line - what to expect sans Modoki?
