i do not understand this dialect, so i would ask this, we jist got hit by hurricane maria, el noño means more hurricanes can develop worst rhan hurricane maria? warmer waters means best conditions for hurricanes to develop, i understand that, so things can get worse for the carribbean because of el niño?
