It has been a strange year in the Plains. Much of the spring was quiet, especially in Texas and Oklahoma. Now, we are seeing Severe Weather again and HEAT BURSTS. Crazy stuff! It is as if the seasons have been shifted several weeks because we used to get big outbreaks in February and March during the 2000's. Not so much anymore these last several years.
