Were sailing to the south pacific this December, 2018, and likely staying in the Gamier and Marquesas archipelagos until April 2019. Looking at the maps and predictions it appears that while the northern Pacific is warming up, the souther Pacific is not...as much. When you speak of el nino/ la nina/neutral etc, is it hemisphere specific? When we read we have a 70% probability for an El Nino- is this for the Norther Hemisphere only or for both souther and northern pacific regions? Many thanks!!! Porter McRoberts
