Will the potential "El Nino" still be "around" in spring (2019)?

If the "El Nino" does in fact develop by the end of this year (2018), do you think it will still be "around" once it is "officially" the spring season next year (in other words, any days and/or weeks in 2019 following March 20th, 2019), or will the weather be back to "normal" by then?
