Thanks for the report.. In paraguay we are facing floods and rains that resemble strong el niño ocurrences (1998, 1980). We know that this event has a weak el niño denomination, but is tending to be very focused and with a tight footprint. Any comments, thank you in advance for sharing and for the blog!
