Hi, I would like to know if this La Nina will cause severe storm and flooding as it happened in 2009 (due to tropical storm Ketsana) and 2013 (Super typhoon Haiyan) in the Philippines. Is there any chance that this La Nina will enhance and create new super typhoon this year?
