Not really. While CO2 has definitely been responsible for temperatures on average rising the past few century, short term variations like this are more complex. In November 2010 we had one of our strongest La Nina events on record, but it was still the 2nd warmest ever, just like now. It's basically a lag time between natural forcings and the earth's response. It's the same how late July to early August is the hottest time of the year despite June having the most sunshine.
