I don't understand what this is trying to say. I THINK it's saying that the polar vortex has shifted. I live in south Texas, what does this mean for me, for the world? I know I sound ignorant but this sounds like some end of the world s*** some Day After Tomorrow stuff. Should I be REALLY concerned?
