The cold melting record snow pack is reaching a peak of probable impact on North Eastern Pacific Basin.  The reduced impact of cold run off will not occur until late summer months.  As the rivers and streams slow down slowly, then the El Nino will have a dominance over North Eastern Pacific Basin.
