Just noticed the header on the upper left panel of the Expected NNME Ens Mean Forecast graphic says Dec2023-Jan2024 on it, but the other caption on that 4 panel suggests the info is for DJF. Is that upper left panel Dec 2023-Feb2024. Very insightful article! Thank you for digging deep into the data!
