Thanks for the kudos!  There are definitely a lot of efforts being made to use AI in predictions, but so far it seems like it is mostly competitive with models used in *weather* prediction.  There are attempts being made for seasonal climate as well, but they aren't quite as successful at this point.  I'm sure there will be breakthroughs made in the coming years though.
